About Us
Our Mission
Propelling intersectional professionals with access to community and capital to unleash their full potential.
Our Vision
Breaking barriers and empowering intersectional professionals in building an equitable future
WHO WE ARE
In today’s society, the concept of intersectionality is frequently overlooked in discussions about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). As a result, capital allocators typically prioritize black men and white women. This leaves out non-binary individuals, women of color, immigrants, refugees, those with disabilities, and many other marginalized communities.
To truly promote inclusion, committed impact capital must be allocated appropriately.
At Intersectional Ventures, we provide dedicated support, time, and resources to individuals who identify as intersectional (i.e., women of color, immigrants, refugees, disabled, and more). Our aim is to ensure within the emerging technology and capital-rising spaces that intersectional professionals are not only represented but dominate.
OUR WHY
In a landscape where 61 percent of Americans have envisioned starting a business, a staggering 92 percent falter at turning their ideas into reality. Recognizing the myriad challenges professionals face, we delve into the motivations behind this stagnation.
What current barriers to entry, as aspiring an entrepreneur, might be holding you back?
Intersectional Ventures was created to eliminate the obstacles hindering Innovators from achieving their professional goals.
We can achieve this by empowering people to break free from self-doubt and resource constraints by providing access to i.e., mentorship, workshops, events, community, and educational support.
Our services empower individuals to transform their visions into tangible success (these services will attract intersectional professionals of all stages).
